Overview & Highlights

Welcome to the vibrant world of Blossom Vietnamese Restaurant, nestled in the heart of Los Angeles at 426 Main St, CA 90013. Here, the essence of traditional Vietnamese cuisine blooms, inviting you to indulge in a culinary experience that marries authenticity with innovation. The restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor resonates in every dish, embodying the rich culture and beloved flavors of Vietnam.

The menu boasts an array of delightful offerings, including the renowned Vietnamese crepes. These crispy delights come in two tempting variations: the savory shrimp and pork crepe, infused with mung beans and jicama, and a vegetarian option that swaps in tofu and an assortment of veggies. Each crepe is served alongside a refreshing medley of lettuce, cucumbers, fresh herbs, and a side of fish or vegetarian sauce, giving a perfect balance of textures and flavors.

For those in search of heartier options, look no further than their signature shaking beef. This dish features tender, marinated filet mignon tossed with sautéed onions, served over a bed of rice— a satisfying combination that has garnered numerous accolades from repeat customers. The fried roasted Cornish hen and grilled pork chop, both infused with aromatic garlic and lemongrass, reflect the kitchen's craftsmanship through layers of flavor that capture the soul of Vietnam.

Beverage enthusiasts will appreciate the curated selection of beers and wines, including various Asian brews that pair delicately with the complex flavors of the dishes. Notably, brands such as Asahi and Kirin Ichiban bring a refreshing note to the dining experience.

Patrons of Blossom have expressed their love for this hidden gem. Alina Fitsai praises it as a “nice place for light and healthy Vietnamese food,” while Minney Park eloquently notes how the food encapsulates “care and affection.” It's clear that the restaurant radiates warmth, with owner and staff dedicated to providing not only great food but also an inviting atmosphere.

However, with any establishment, there are moments of critique. Some guests, like Danny P., have noted inconsistencies—such as flavors that fell short in certain dishes. Yet, the overall sentiment remains optimistic, with many patrons eager to return for another round of culinary exploration.

Nice place for light and healthy Vietnamese food, good service

Food is care and affection. So without them the food can’t have soul according to me :) today I felt a lot of affection and care from this food. Thank you very much for ur food and great service. I already visited this place 3 times but I ll come again and again.

Blossoms is one of my favorite places. Not a large place at all but has 2 sides to it. Prices are reasonable, about $15 a plate on average. I had the Curry Shrimp as always. They have CoConut Water. Service is good. Will be back.

It lacked flavor and it was pretty much water. I was very disappointed and service was fine. Price is a bit high compared to other Pho places. I don’t mind paying the price but Pho was a disappointment. I give it a 4* for now but will give it a try again.

Food was geeat, service was fast but my order was wrong twice. Still delicious.

-Relaxing atmosphere -Quality food -Good value -Personable staff Came here a little while back, and have been thinking about it since. I would recomend a try. I ordered for take out and it still tasted fresh, and was packaged with care. I will definitely be returning, the next time I'm in the area.
